Three weeks ago, Year 3 arrived at school to an exciting surprise—a secret laboratory had appeared in their classroom! They soon discovered it was the home of “Perfect Pets,” where animals are designed and created. However, some pets were labelled as “imperfect” and placed in bell jars stamped with “FAIL.” Determined to help these “imperfect pets,” the children channelled their creativity into writing brochures for a shop where these unique pets could be loved and appreciated. This incredible writing project was inspired by The Barnabus Project by The Fan Brothers, sparking imagination and compassion in every child.
